Cambrils. Costa Dorada. Next Friday, November 27, Cambrils host the Second Conference on Tourism Advertising and Promotion, Publicity'09, where they will discuss the best communication tools is'exposaràn different experiences in the process of promotion of tourist destinations. The event already has 130 confirmed attendees mainly from Catalonia. The workshop is addressed to all professionals in the sectors of tourism and communications and registrations can be made until day 26 included using a form. The program includes speakers from front to discuss the theme of this second edition of 'The selection of attributes and positioning' among which are: Marçal Moline, strategic planner and creative advertising. Founder of the agency MMLB; Paco Medina, Technical Secretary of the Board of Directors of Ibiza Island, Juan Betancort, Head of Promotion and Economic Development Lanzarote; Manu Narvaez, Managing Director of Tourism in San Sebastian, Joseph Maria Bruges, Head of Press and professor of the Faculty of Communication Blanquerna (Ramon Llull University), David Coral Morral, director of Counterpoint and Carlos de la Guardia, founder Brandgineering. As a novelty, the organization wanted to reach out to students in the sector by offering a creative contest in which participants have demonstrated their knowledge in tourism promotion, publicity through awards. At the end of the day prizes will be awarded to three finalists. This event contributes to the positioning of Cambrils as a reference in the field of tourism training.
