The Festival of Vila-seca begins with the procession and proclamation
Vila-seca. Costa Dorada. On Friday 14 January begins the festival of Sant Antoni de Vila-seca. The parade and speech are the first acts of the Winter Festival of Vila-seca, commemorating the patron saint of the town, San Antonio. The proclamation of this year, which will take place on Friday 14th January Auditorium of Vila-Seca Josep Carreras, will be given by Monsignor Joaquin Vilaseca Claver Fields, general secretary and chancellor of the Archdiocese of Tarragona. The main events of note this year are the parade procession and proclamation of Friday the 14th, the feast of fire and for large dance festival on Saturday, horse racing at the Park Tower in Sweet Non Stop and night on Sunday 16th, the day of a historical pattern, the fifth Pallassòdrom during days 21, 22 and 23 and the giants and the XX Sports Gala that closes the festival events.
