The restaurant Xamfrà at the Forum wins the Golden Fork at ,IITarragona DTapes,




Tarragona. Costa Dorada. The restaurant Xamfrà at the Forum, with the tapa Xipella Clos Montblanc has won the Golden Fork for Best Tapa in the second edition of Tarragona Dtapas.   The popular vote has been given this award in recognition of the best cover of all submitted contest for his culinary creation in a surprisingly consistent rolls with duck foie gras and caramelized apple.   Nacho Pous, manager of the restaurant Xamfràhas been commissioned to collect the award from the prestigious chef Joan Roca of El Celler de Can Roca restaurant awarded three Michelin stars.   The Smile Award for Best Service, a newly created award aims to recognize the efforts of all personnel of the establishment more willing and helpful to customers, has been for 20 to cap Onda Rambla Rambla, which is presented as Trio 20.   As for the awards based on the professional opinion of the panel, the top Award (PLQ) was to cover the Xinorris Taverns & Terres de l'Ebre that has produced a romesquet the grandmother Henrietta.   The Award to the Most Professional Restaurant has been for Clau 60, consisting of trotters stuffed with foie gras and apple sauce with vermouth
