The English Court 7pm Kitchen Talks Talk cooking and presentation of the book "Sopes fredes i calentes" Mariona Quadrada (text) and Josep Borrell (photographs). In this session, the players will offer proposals spoon food, whether for long winter or summer. Will review and cream soups dishes recipes covering a reservoir of tradition, such as bowls and bread soup, but recent dishes, and mixtures of vegetables with yogurt. Or other classic cooking strong broths flavored fish and meat, designed with all the care of the dishes that last forever.
